Kick off 2026 with this 12 week program build to emphasize movement efficiency in the Essential movements of Squat and Press. Build strength in the big lifts paired with accessory work for stability and aesthetics.
This is a group program containing 3 workouts per week for 12 weeks.
*Registration is available November 20 - December 28, 2026
*Required equipment is a set of dumbbells with varying weights and a barbell and plates. Workouts may also be completed in a commercial gym.
*Group calls are included and participants are encouraged to attend!
